Apprentice M Sonaram has been charged under Rule 43.2.10 following his ride on Super Excited by the Racing Stewards today.

Details of the charge are: 
"On 16 sept 2023, in race 6 run at Champ De Mars racecourse, you failed to ride Super Excited to trainer's instructions, which were to make a move at the 450 m, be aggresive and use 52.5 kg to gather momentum and have first run."

The apprentice pleaded not guilty but was found guilty as charged.

Reminded that it his his 3rd offence under this Rule over 2 seasons (Dayla Vista, Doublethink and Super Excited), he has been suspended for 12 Race Meetings.
