Details of charge: 
On 1 October 2023, M. Platini De Oliveira failed to ride Celestial Magma to end of the race, thereby prejudicing chances of obtaining 4th position. He pleaded guilty and was found guilty as charged by the Racing Stewards. He has been suspended for 1 Race Meeting.
Rule 43.2.7 stipulates that the jockey of a horse shall : ride his mount out to the end of the race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards.
