Details of the charge: In race 7 of Race Meeting 36 on 4 November 2023, when riding Royal Italian, jockey I. Chisty failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures throughout the race so that his horse is given full opportunity to win or obtain best possible place. The rider was found in contravention of Rule 43.2.1.
