Following an inquiry at the Horse Racing Division this Friday 19th April for his ride on Vartacus (RM 46 Race 4), jockey B. Sooful has been charged under Rule 43.2.10 by the Racing Stewards.

The latter pleaded not guilty, but was found guilty as charged.

Rule 43.2.10 stipulates that ; A Jockey failing to take all reasonable and permissible measures throughout the race to ensure that his horse has full opportunity to win or obtain best possible placing in a race.
