Following an inquiry for his ride on Stageworld (race 6), local rider J. Allyhosain has been charged for contravening Rule 43.2.2 by the Racing Stewards this Wednesday.

The jockey pleaded guilty and has been suspended for 1 Race Meeting.

Rule 43.2.2 stipulates that : ''A Jockey failing to ensure that he does not cause interference, intimidation, bunching and/ or constitute a source of danger to another horse and/ or Jockey. ''
