After an inquiry of the running of the 7th race, jockey Anthony Andrews (Alameery) was charged and found guilty by the Racing Stipes under rule of racing 208 (d). Therefore, he has been suspended for one race meeting.

Rule 208 (d) stipulates that when riding in a race, a jockey shall : ‘’take every possible and all necessary steps to ensure that he or his horse does not cross, jostle, bunch, interfere with or intimidate another horse.’’
