Following an inquiry at the Horse Racing Division this Tuesday for his ride on October Sun (RM 17) jockey B Bhaugeerothee has been charged for contravening Rule 43.2.7 by the Racing Stipes. He pleaded not guilty but later on changed his plea to guilty.

Therefore, B Bhaugeerothee has been suspended for two race meetings.

Rule 43.2.7 stipulates that ''The jockey of a horse shall ride his mount out the end of the race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards.''
