André Luiz Da Silva has been charged under rule 208 (d), for interference caused for interference caused to Master Of Illusion, Creation and Culture Trip, from 1300 to 1250m while he was riding Gunston on above mentioned meeting.

Though the latter pleaded not guilty, he was found guilty as charged by the Racing Stipes. He has been informed of his right of Appeal.

Rule 208 (d) stipulates that when riding in a race, a jockey shall : ‘’take every possible and all necessary steps to ensure that he or his horse does not cross, jostle, bunch, interfere with or intimidate another horse.’’
