Rider S Bussunt has been charged under rule 208 (j) by the Racing Stipes this Wednesday 07 December for failing to ride Captain Falcon till end of race, prejudicing his chances to obtain the 3rd position. Therefore he was found guilty as charged.

Rule 208 (j) stipulates that when riding in a race, a jockey shall : ‘’ride his mount, throughout the race, to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards.’’
