Girish Goomany has been charged and found guilty under section 208 (d) by the Racing Stipes this Thursday 08 December for causing an interference on aboved mentioned meeting for his ride on Undercover Agent. He has therefore been suspended for 2 race meetings.

Rule 208 (d) stipulates that when riding in a race, a jockey shall : ‘’take every possible and all necessary steps to ensure that he or his horse does not cross, jostle, bunch, interfere with or intimidate another horse.’’
