In the case of André Luiz Da Silva (Walls of Dubrovnik) vs HRD, the appeal has been dismissed this Tuesday 17th January 2023.

The brazilian rider was charged and found guilty (208 (j) by the Racing Stewards on the 12th October 2022 for his ride on Walls Of Dubrovnik and was suspended for 3 race meetings. But he made an appeal against the decision and this, was dismissed by the Appeal Committee of the GRA today.
