Rider N. S. Batchameah has been charged under rule 43.2.2 for his ride on Dayla Vista (RACE MEETING 15). The latter pleaded not guilty but was found guilty. Therefore, he has been suspended for 1 racemeeting and has been fined an additional penalty of Rs 5000. Rule 43.2.2 stipulates that the jockey should ensure that he does not cause interference, intimidation, bunching and/or constitute a source of danger to another Horse and/or Jockey....
